Craft Shop Manager craftshop

Permanent, full-time position managing our busy 7-day Ashford show room, craft and yarn shop. Based in Ashburton, New Zealand. Exciting opportunity to work with local and overseas Ashford customers promoting all textile hand crafts. We are looking for some-one passionate about fibre crafts and able to demonstrate and teach spinning, weaving, felting, dyeing and knitting. Must have retail, management and marketing skills, and love working with people!

Full time, front-line representative for the company, based in the Head Office of Ashford Handicrafts in Ashburton New Zealand. Be part of a friendly team fielding inquiries from around the world. Provide clerical support and take retail and wholesale orders. We are looking for some-one who has excellent computer and administrative skill, who loves to work with people. A knowledge, and interest, in textile crafts preferred.
